CM: Istar ~The Land Where No Grass Grows~

This is a Commission for of her character Istar. The background is supposed to be of some wastelands, but I'm still learning how to paint them digitally. As a result, they'll be shaky for a while.

This took about 10-15 hours on GIMP 2.8.


DO NOT ask about commissions, because , and I'll let everyone know when they reopen in a journal.
Asking when they're closed will just make me annoyed.
