Morra by EternalDragoness Morra by EternalDragoness
I took a bit of time for myself today to design a new sea-character named Morra. I gave her flippers similar to the dinosaur called a plesiosaur (an aquatic reptile), but embellished her design with a crest and fish-like tail adornment. I may or may not post a colored digital reference for her in the future.

Done with a mechanical pencil in about an hour while watching TV

Wow, you shaded this one really well. It looks surprisingly realistic! The design itself is great, too; it would be awesome to see a colored digital drawing of this character.

Thanks, but I take my sketch layer, set it to "multiply", and put it on top of a stained paper layer.
